The Hulme Crescents dominated the skyline of Hulme for nearly two decades, building up a numerous amount of furious residents in desperate need of a better lifestyle; as demonstrated in this Hulme Mural outside the old Hulme Library.
As part our ambition back at the practice, we are dedicated to make architecture and urban space as inclusive. We are interested in the relationship between gender, space and architecture; and through our research there are specific group of users that may feel uncomfortable with the Birley campus movement. I'd like to incoorporate that into my design to ease this transition within the urban morphology of Hulme.
