According to the Land Registry statistics, Bonsall Street consists predominantly of flats, student neighbourhoods and poorer suburban settings. With higher than average rate of residents population of this postcode being students (24%), smaller sections of old social housings are neglected. This is one of the results I found mostly interesting during an events project we did as part of our practice: WoArch.  Here are some key buildings and activities around my site that allowed me to conclude to a programme and act as a big influence to my design.
